What is Fine Art School Portraits?

Fine Art School Portraits are a modern twist on a classic look. Boutique school portraits are taken to capture the true essence and personality of your child. No more cheesy smiles and awkward backgrounds. I use a simple black background, natural light and encourage your children to be themselves and to never force a smile. The results are artistic and genuine, bottling childhood to last a lifetime.

Parents: What is my process and what do I offer?

The process is simple, web-based and no obligation to purchase. Each family will have their own password protected gallery to view the images. Parents will find 2-5 lifestyle images of their child in the gallery, and each will be presented in both color and black and white. Families may choose their own images, and order prints, canvas wraps and digital files directly from the viewing gallery.

Schools: What is my process and what do I offer?

Licensed, and insured I bring all of my own equipment to the school. I require nothing more than a window with natural light. The school will be provided digitals of the students. Staff photos and print packages will be available. All prints will be delivered directly to the school. Most importantly, this is a fundraiser for the school. I will donate 10% of the gross sales to the school, and handle all questions from families about ordering. I like to keep it simple, focusing on the art, and capturing the genuineness of childhood.

What is the cost of Fine Art school Portraits?

There is no cost to have a photos taken, or accessed in the private gallery. Should you, the parents or school wish to order digital or print images and services you’ll find the rates to be competitive and easy to purchase ala-carte or as part of a collection. Again, there is no charge to the school or the family for the Fine Art School Portraits. My passion is to capture the child’s personality in a genuine way, while also providing a unique fundraising opportunity. 10% of gross sales will be donated to the school.

What time of year is best?

Anytime, whichever works best for your school. Photo days vary depending on the size of your school.
